Apsara Private Dining Guide

We have three party rooms available for private dining:

• The Jade Room located in the front of the restaurant with closable doors, seats up to 55 guests. The room minimum is $ 1250 during weekdays and $ 2000 for Friday & Saturday ($650 for lunch).
• The Bronze Room located to the left of sushi bar, seats up to 80 guests. The room minimum is $1650 during weekdays and $ 2800 for Friday & Saturday ($850 for lunch).
• The Yellow Room located to the right of the sushi bar, seats up to 90 guests. The room minimum is $2000 during weekdays and $ 3200 for Friday & Saturday ($1200 for lunch).

All room rates are based upon full evening usage and may be adjusted for off-peak hours. A $ 20.00 deposit ($10.00 for lunch) per person is required to reserve all private party rooms. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day of the event. A fourteen day notice of cancellation is required in order to receive the full amount of the deposit. We understand that the number of guests attending your event can fluctuate but we require a confirmed head count three days prior to the event. Final menu choices must be completed no later than seven days prior to the event. Should you have any special requests, we would be happy to discuss them with you and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
